Domestic & International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nectarandnirvana.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist accordingly.
