We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nectarandnirvana.com with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, where appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for further assistance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
